This is a reminder about our upcoming Awards Assembly Dates that begin this week.
Please do not forget to arrive early (at least 10-15 minutes early) for all awards assemblies in order to check in. Grade levels sent home RSVP forms to fill out for pre-print Visitor Badges. If you RSVPed, you will still need your ID to receive your pre-printed Visitor Badge. If you did not RSVP, you will also need your ID to check in at the front office through our Raptor system. This process does take time, so we ask for your flexibility in order to get all guests to the awards assembly in a timely manner. As a reminder, we will not be able to check out any siblings to attend awards assemblies.
Guests can park at the front of the school in the open parking spaces or in the side parking lot by Arkansas Lane. Please do not park in any of our front drive through lanes as we will need those for our dismissal process.
