Absences
Please, call the office at 682-867-5555 or click the "Student Attendance"聽link on the home page to report the reason for absence before 10:00 am on the day of the absence.聽If you know in advance that your child will be out of school, feel free to send an email or call ahead and let us know.聽After 3 consecutive days of illness, a note from a doctor is required to excuse Day 4 and any following days.
What do I do if I need to pick my child up early?
Come into the office to sign the child out and the office staff will call them to the office.聽 Please have your ID with you; we will not release a child without proper identification.聽 Only someone on your child鈥檚 enrollment card may pick up your child with your approval.聽 Please allow enough time to pick up your child in case he/she may be in another classroom and have to go to the regular classroom to pack up聽their things.聽 We cannot have a child waiting in the office, but we will do our best to get them to you as quickly as possible upon your arrival.聽 If your child is going to the doctor or dentist, please ask for note at the doctor鈥檚 office that indicates the child鈥檚 name and the date and time of the appointment and send it with your child when they return to school. Please note that students will not be released early after 2:45.
