OVERVIEW
色窝窝无码一区二区三区 is located within 88 square miles of metropolitan Tarrant County. Our Maintenance team of 150 full time employees repair and maintain 76 campuses and a total of 100 buildings which total over 10 million square feet.
Electrical/Fire Services Department
Our Electrical/Fire Services Department maintains and repairs a myriad of items such as: Water Heaters, Boiler Maintenance, all interior and exterior lighting, Fire Alarms, Fire Sprinkler systems, Life Safety Systems, Elevators, Chair Lifts, Office Renovations, and Athletic Scoreboards.
Plumbing Services Department
Our Plumbing Services Department services all district Roof Drains, Sewer Lines, Grease Traps, Sump Pumps, Water Heaters, Boilers, Backflow Preventers, and Office renovations.
Building Maintenance Services Department
Our Building Maintenance Services Department repairs and maintains all district Roofs, Parking Lots, Driveways, Sidewalks, Exterior and Interior Painting, all tile and carpet flooring, Locks, and door hardware, Cabinetry repair, furniture repair, playground repair, graffiti vandalism, all glass windows, ceilings, wood and iron fences, all campus signs, and office and classroom renovations.
HVAC Maintenance
Our HVAC Service Department is solely responsible for maintaining a comfortable learning environment in all district classrooms and offices year around. Their tasks include maintaining 122 district Chillers, 114 Boilers, an advanced Building Automation System for constant monitoring, all Culinary kitchens, Special Needs appliances, Air compressors, and all district Ice Machines.
Grounds Maintenance
Grounds Services maintains over 1,000 acres of grass every single week. They are responsible for the grounds maintenance at all district facilities including trees, shrubs, flower beds, courtyards, irrigation, fertilization and weed control, district chain link fences, all track surfaces, all artificial turf field maintenance, and small engine, tractor, and trailer maintenance repairs.
