My Air Force background and prior teaching job made me a good fit for a new program starting at Bowie High in 2009.聽 The course shifted to welding over time and now has me at the Career Center.聽 A class like welding requires the application of reading, writing, math and science skills.聽 What students learn in other classes is put into practice.
