Taste of the Cowboys event. THEY WON!!!!!!
The Frying Ferret Prostart team was in action on Saturday at AT&T Stadium for the Taste of the Cowboys event. Coached by Chef Almendarez with an on-site assist by Chef Sanchez and Ms. Barron! The Ferrets had to create an elevated and healthy version of a three-course meal with a tailgate theme. The team came away with 1st place and $10,000. The team will be featured at AT&T as guest chefs at a Cowboy game in the fall! We have two seniors on the team this year graduating - JP and Daren. The rest of the team will be returning and you will see them in Bistro as part of the practicum program.
